Tanis, Customer Care
Tanis is our on-site Customer Care expert. She is exceptionally knowledgeable about all mobility products. With over 10 years working for MediChair in Prince George, she is well-equipped to help you with all of your needs. Tanis is well-informed about various funding options and the steps required to obtain it, including VAC (Veterans Affairs Canada) or insurance providers such as Blue Cross, Sun Life, Great-West Life. In her spare time, you can find her baking (which, lucky for us, she often shares).
Gagan, Customer Care
Gagan is our newest addition to the team! She’s motivated, always smiling and ready to make your experience a pleasant and informative one. She brings 10 years of client services experience.

Don has been working with mobility equipment for over 13 years, and has a positive problem-solving attitude. He gives every job 100% and completes each project with high standards.
